(More customer reviews)This unit worked quite well in New York City with antenna placed in window. I received many channels and pictures were excellent on 19 inch PC LCD monitor. However, after a few months, without changing anything, the unit just stopped working. The unit has a one year warranty, but trying to return the unit for repair or replacement was useless. Evidently tech support cannot read or understand English very well.
